LOIs are accepted on a rolling basis. If an LOI fits the Foundation’s general guidelines and current interests, an invitation to submit an application will be extended. The Foundation awards grants three times a year. Please refer to the Important Dates page for submittal deadlines for each funding cycle.

The Foundation has LOI forms for small grants (up to $15,000) and full grants (larger than $15,000). To submit an LOI: Download, complete and email the appropriate LOI Form (links below) with your Letter of Inquiry to phorvath@fieldhallfdn.org.
